Book Car Hire North Cyprus Pacific Website


There is nothing worse than logging onto a car hire website to book a car only to find that the system is confusing and hard to navigate. One of the things I made sure of when we at Pacific put our booking system into place was that it was user-friendly.

We have people from all over the world booking cars from us for their visits to North Cyprus and the last we as a company want is for our customers to go elsewhere looking for a car hire because the booking system was too complicated to use.

Pacific has also tried to make deciding which car category you need easier to understand. We carry a wide range of vehicles that will fit all of our visitors needs and we have made sure that there is a listing of the many different styles of vehicles on our website. This list tells you what each type of vehicle is perfect for – such as two adults, two children or two adults off-road – so that when you get ready to book from us you will be able to choose your vehicle with ease.
To help you navigate through our booking system, I decided to give our customers a quick and easy walk through of booking a car with Pacific Rent-A-Car.

1. Log on to our website at http://www.pacific-rentals.com. On the blue menu across the top of the page you will see the tab that says ‘Booking’. Click on that tab and it will take you into the booking page.

2. Enter the date of your arrival in North Cyprus and the date you plan on departing. Select the time you will be arriving and the location of where you want to pick up and drop off the vehicle you hire from us. Click on the ‘Get Quote’ button to be taken to the next page.

3. You will be presented with a list of vehicles that will be available when you arrive in North Cyprus for hire. Choose the vehicle that best suits your needs. You will notice that the total hire price for the length of your stay is listed here so you know how much you will be paying for your car hire right off the bat.

4. One you have decided on the right car for your visit to North Cyprus, click on the ‘Book Now’ button next to the car you have chosen. You will be taken to the last page of the booking process.

5. Fill out the booking information form which includes all of your mailing and billing information. Choose whether or not you want your hired car delivered with or without gas – you will pay for it upon arrival and pick up of the car – and if you will need to have the car delivered to you at the airport.

6. Finally, enter your payment options and click the ‘Submit’ button to finish the booking procedure. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us confirming your booking.

Return your car hire with less stress

One of the questions I receive the most from our customers here at Pacific Rent-A-Car is how are our customers supposed to handle petrol for their vehicles. Gas stations here in North Cyprus can be found in the larger cities but when you are heading out of town for a day in the country you will find that the gas stations become few and far between. When you hire a car from us for your time in North Cyprus we try to make fueling your car as easy as possible. Here are a few tips to help you out while you are here.

1.When you arrive at the airport we will meet you there with your car hire. We can deliver your car to you with 20 GBPs worth of petrol already in the car. You simply pay us for the petrol when you pick up the car there at the curbside. When you leave North Cyprus you can return the car to us with as little gas in it as you want. You do not need to refill the tank. We’ll take care of it for you. This eliminates trying to find a gas station when you are ready to leave.

2.If you know that you are going to be travelling all over North Cyprus, we recommend that you fill up your tank before you leave for your drive. It’s a good idea to fill it up even when you leave the area you are visiting to return to your lodgings if there is a gas station close by. As I mentioned earlier, the gas stations are few and far between on our country roads. We would hate to see you run out of gas.

3.We will provide you with maps that show you where you can return your Pacific Rent-A-Car hire vehicle in the event that you leave North Cyprus from a different location from where you arrived. You will find that the pick-up and drop off areas at the airports here are in different places. The map will give you directions to the drop off point. If you lose your map, my staff and I will be more than willing to print out one for you to make your departure considerably easier.

4.We do not require you to fill out any papers when you are returning your car. We do recommend that you hold onto your original car hire agreement so that you can double check that everything is correct before you leave. It’s better to solve any issues while you are still in North Cyprus than when you get home. You should check the paperwork before you leave the rental counter when you first arrive and before you leave. This way if we have made a mistake we can correct it as soon as possible.

TRNC Car Hire Customer Support


Pacific TRNC Car Hire, we value our customers and because we care so much about them we have put strict service standards and processes in place to make sure they get the best service possible. My team in customer support works hard to respond to every query we get from our customers, and while it may take us a few days to do that we strive hard to answer every one within a short period of time. Occasionally it takes longer for us to answer certain enquiries because of the nature of the question, but if you our customers have patience, we will get back to you.

I have read some comments from our customers about our service and TRNC car hire experiences; there were a few comments that disappointed me. While I understand why our customers said what they did about not receiving an answer to the query, it made me think about how we could improve our service. Explaining how our query process works was the best solution I could come up with and I hope that this really helps all of our customers when they are attempting to get a hold of us with their questions.

When you e-mail us at we will get back to you in 2 business days. If you do not receive this response, then we did not get your e-mail. The e-mail will have an enquiry number on it, and we ask that all future communication from you to us includes that number in your subject line. This will help us keep track of the queries we received and it will make it easier for us to get back to you with an answer to your question.

You should receive an answer to your query within two working days. If you have not received an answer from us by that time, we need to know about it. Additionally, if you have an outstanding query that we have not responded to, you need to contact us again – with the query number in the subject line – so that I know my team has not answered you. This helps us open up a dialogue with you and it will let us prioritize your query. We want to know about your problem and we want to get it resolved as quickly as possible. Your query will get our full attention.

Consider going to our Contact and FAQ Section of our website if you have a general question to see if your question has already been answered there. That will save you time in the long run. Car Rental Kyrenia Service


As an employee of Kyrenia car rental service, I take pride in our service and our customers. You would be amazed at the number of visitors to North Cyprus that come back to us time and time again. We love all of our customers and their opinion of our service is a very big deal to us. We cannot fix anything our customers have a problem with if we don’t know about them, so hearing from our customers is something we look forward to.

I am part of Pacific Rent A Car’s Service Excellence team and every month I pull together our customer surveys to see what they have to say. I’m especially interested in what our customers would like to see us improve. I must admit that I do get a chuckle out of some of things they ask for. I will be the first one to say that some of the requests are a little farfetched. But other suggestions have been really great – such as carrying car seats for our customers who have small children and my co-workers and I have actually wondered why we didn’t do what our customers suggested in the first place.

In order to get the best feedback from our clients we contact all of the people who have rented from us. Our car hire clients are from all around the world and we use an outside source to collect out surveys and send us the results. I know I prefer to have an unbiased and impartial view of the results sent to me so that I am not influenced in any way and can suggest changes that make sense. All of us at Pacific work on our survey and as we get more customers using our service we send out more surveys for feedback. How else are we going to build up a report with our customers if we don’t know how they feel?

I thought it was important when we developed our survey to ask our customers right off the bat if they would recommend us to a friend who is visiting North Cyprus. The answer is graded on a scale of 1 to 10 and the majority of our survey results come back with a score above 5, the mid range ‘maybe, maybe not’ spot. Our results have been consistent too over the last few years and that shows us that we are definitely on the right track to pleasing our customers and ensuring that they come back time and time again.

We also ask our clients how satisfied they were with the service we provided them. We want to know about all facets of our service, from the time they pick up the car from us at the airport to the time they bring the car back. We even ask if they required our free road side service because it’s important to know how well we responded to any problems they had with their vehicle. The survey I send out targets as many things as possible so that we can pinpoint any recurring issues right away and correct them in addition to passing on suggestions for improvement. And of course, I also pass along the praise we get.

Our North Cyprus Car Hire Feedback Is Amazing


Well I can finally say that all of Pacific Rent A Car’s hard work and diligence has paid off. As the company’s office manager I have been able to watch as we changed the way we did things in an effort to become the number one car hire company in North Cyprus. We have worked to streamline our surveys and the way our customers provide us feedback in an effort to provide you, our clients, the best service ever. So far we have received reams of survey feedback as well as a few thousand gigabytes of feedback e-mails and so far we have managed to read almost all of them.

Do you know what I found out?

I found out that our customers enjoy the service we provide them. We have been working on our website and all of our clients enjoy the ease of being able to book their car hire online with it. They have commented that all of our forms are clear and concise and that we do not hide any extra costs in the small print. They also appreciate the quick and easy service we provide them both in person and on line.

What does all of this mean?

It means that your feedback is helping us find new ways to utilize your suggestions and I can honestly say that we have been inspired by everything our clients have had to say. Some of these changes have been put into effect over the last year – like this blog section on our website that keeps you up to date with all of Pacific’s news and views. We have revamped all of the information on our website and we are even trying to provide you with information on North Cyprus to help you plan your stay here. I love reading the comments that you provide us and I appreciate the time our clients take to tell us what they think.

I know that we are trying very hard to make a difference in the car hire industry, especially in North Cyprus. But we need your help to do that. That is why we have launched this blog. That is why we are also looking at what you suggest and keep an eye on what our industry competitors are doing to draw them in. With all of this information at our disposal there is no reason why Pacific Rent A Car can’t stay the best car hire service in North Cyprus.

All of us here want to hear what you have to say and we invite you to interact with us through the use of surveys, e-mail communication, commenting on our blog and even sending us snail mail.
